NHER & SAP Assessments
From
1st April 2007 every new house built will have to be shown to limit
its CO2 emissions to a certain level in order to comply with building
regulations. This will have to be demonstrated on paper to building
control before you can start building.
Our MVHR systems are what are called SAP Appendix Q eligible. This means that by installing one of these systems, the CO2 emissions will be reduced and SAP rating improved.
We have accredited SAP 2005 assessors who can both carry out the SAP calculations and advise how to improve the energy efficiency of your home.
